We source our products from small business and sole proprietor vendors around the United States, primarily focusing on the Midwest region (e.g. Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, etc.). Occasionally, we may provide items supplied by larger, commercial vendors, which allows us to provide brand new merchandise at a discounted rate.
Our primary objective is to support small business wherever and as often as we can.

For items valued at $500 or less, USPS ground shipping is included and free for the buyer on most items. Most items are delivered within 2-10 days, depending on the location.
For items valued at $500 or more, shipping preferences are determined and afforded by the buyer.
Special requests for shipping may be considered, but may not be fulfilled due to shipping constraints, availability, or exuberant cost (e.g. 25% or more than value).
